Seat Belt Locked

Having an issue where my backseat seat belt (driver side) keeps locking and I can't extend it.
Not parked on a hill and it doesn't matter what speed i try to pull the belt out, it keeps locking very early on.

Thought i'd ask here before I scouring wreckers for a replacement.

O and it retracts fine. It's just pulling it out that causes issues..

Be carefull if you decide to pull it out.

Don't let it fully retract or you will need to pull te cover off. One side has a copper coil which will spring out and you will never get it back in. The other has the locking mechanism.

Try lubricating it and cleaning out all the dead skin and pubes that have built up.
