Hello my 96 nissan bluebird 2.4 ltr motor runs then cuts out am getting a 5 slow then 5 fast count on computer error is this a problem can anyone help car has got new fuel pump fuel filter spark plugs and leeds i dont no wots wrong can anyone help thx

not sure if too many people here are super-familiar with KA24's or Bluebirds.

All I can think of is googling american car forums as KA motors are a lot more common.

From my brief readings I can think of two things it could be, but I'm far from an expert...

The KA24 is prone to distributor failure due to oil leaking into it from the cam cover

Nissans of this vintage can have air flow meter issues

Where are you located? If you a nearby to Canterbury and I can find a spare afternoon we can swap AFMs and dizzys to see if that narrows the fault down?
