they're the highway police cars. The WRX STi is supposed to be used as a regular cop car.

They also have 30 R34 GT-t's (mostly silver 4 door ones) as undercover and investigation cars (you can tell em by the wierd antennas they got on em).

They also have FD RX7's and a whole shiteload of other cars, most of them were donated by the maufacturers to show rtheir appreciation.

Keep in mind that Skylines are the Commodores of Japan, so just like our cops use GTO's, they'll use GTRs. Nothing special really

I know this has been covered before but the wind deflector on the bonnet is used for a break wind so the lights on the roof don't get blown off at high speed right?
