All V35s are factory non-turbo, but to my knowledge they have too high kw/tonne to be legal for use for P-platers (if that's what you are). So the answer is no, but each state is different as to its regulations and permitted/not permitted P-plate cars. I am pretty sure if you dig around on the net you will find a list of P-plate banned cars - as far as the law sees it, V35s are the same as a 350Z essentially.

^^  this.. all non-turbo.. p-plate restrictions do certainly vary.. for example, in Qld, they are permitted for Ps as they slot in under the 210kw cap for pre-2010 vehicles.  some other states have either a 200kw limit or a kw/t limit across the board, so check out the webpage of your state licensing authority.

The 350Z did get the revup engine in 05-06 and then the HR engine after that, which also excludes them for Qld P-plate.  The V35 never got the revup engine, and the HR didn't start until the V36.
