insurance for V35

I wonder if someone can recommend me an insurer for my v35. I was looking around but the majority seems to not accept this car.

Hi @renan, I had the same struggle few weeks back. Friend of mine recommended Just Cars insurance. They're quite affordable and accept the Skyline.

You try RACV (or the state equivalent). I had my Stagea insured with Just Car but moved from them to RACV as RACV gave me a better rate

I am in Qld and found NRMA gave me the best premium.. I just received my 12 month renewal notice - $730 including windscreen cover.

I use Just Cars - just under $1k per annum for rating 5 adult driver, agreed value of around $17,500.

I dont recommend RACV, but if they were cheaper than Just Car then thats pretty good. but both are not very friendly when it comes to dealing with claims.

Depending on what the car is worth to you, its sometimes better to pay extra for choice of repairer (shannons, famous, lumleys). A lot of places the usual insurers use struggle with imports due to finding parts and unfamiliarity.

I insured my old V35 with the NRMA (I'm in NSW/ACT). They also provide one windscreen replacement per year as an option (which is definitely worth it). My cross-over is now insured with them too. I don't think the issue is the car most times - it could be age of the driver.

I wanna insurance for third party only, too many expensive cars around

I believe I'll go with just cars, got a good value on the insurance.
