Hey,

Im installing a haltec and aftermarket boost gauge, I am going to re-pin factory map to suit the haltec but I have unplugged the map and boost gauge sensor without realising they have the same plug.

I think the boost gauge wiring splits out from the brake fluid level sensor like I have pictured, and the map sensor splits out along the firewall, but can somebody just confirm I haven't got them arse about

Cheers, e5f57ce314168e0f47116451f7d4eb5c.jpg7d420ed2ec30caeda69ec16bd86f4a25.jpg

Gauge sensor is located on firewall close to booster, so wiring is most likely to be over there.  ECU boost sensor is located at back end of engine, (therefore central on firewall) and so wiring is most likely to be there. So your conclusion appears sound.

My knowledge only really comes from having the Neo in my R32....so my (original R32) gauge sensor is on the driver's side of the booster and the ECU sensor is attached to the bracket that holds the little solenoid behind the TCU motor....but I suspect it is attached to the firewall in an R34.  Either way, it is at the back of my engine.
