Pre Purchase Inspection

Hey guys,

Purchasing a car from ACT and prior to transferring the total amount and completing the transaction i have situplated that i require a pre purchase inspection, pretty standard stuff.

However being a modified import i dont want Joe @ Ultratune saying its fine i want someone who knows imports looking at my new purchasse.

So please list options as i will be booking in ASAP the sooner it get the tick of approval the sooner i get my new car.

Import parts and mechanical, they do a lot of modified cars and I'm sure they would be fine with an inspection.

Trojan has great knowledge, but extremely busy nowadays, so payment would probs be recommend.

A lot of people take their car to ESP - so knowledge will be there also. I don't think there is a "VIC Roads" equivalent here.

Vic Roads only do an inspection when registering the car and that consists of basically looking at the engine umber and VIN and making sure its not stolen.

Thanks for the responses guys ill be giving both a call Monday and see who is available to do the inspection

Sorry - I meant "State Roads" - they're great. I've used htem before.

if your buying a GTR and need to get it inspected in the ACT, take it to Trojan they pretty much only work on GTR's
