they ride pretty good, suitable for our bumpy roads. had on mine for 6 months now. the R33 model front one is easy to adjust with 720degree of adjustment (no clicks) but basically each step is 180degree turn from softest to hardest - so you get about 5 settings. rear ones need to be removed on a hoist any suspension workshop can do that. takes about 30 mins or you can do it yourself if you got car jack and know what u're doing.
