I think Mwave have it cheaper than PC Casegear. 

If you are getting a new Monitor get a G-Sync. They are well worth the money

I've got the Acer XB1 Predator it's mad, 165hz and an IPS panel it's the best monitor

Honestly you won't get a better monitor than the one i linked for the size/price. Considering it was something i got for myself i did loads of research, and it is brilliant.

I just bought a $20 China-Spec Mechanical LED gaming keyboard, will let you know how it goes

And it turns out my motherboard issues were PSU related, replaced with the EVGA 750W Gold and it's finally running well! and can game again!

Shouldn't have any issues with the EVGA, they make amazing PSU's.

Yeah it's weird how they list it for 144hz yet it's built in with a one button OC / turbo mode that does 165hz 165hz + Gsync amazeballs!

At least get a gsync monitor like Anfanee linked, even if you have to lower the cost you spend on motherboard or another component (noticed you have listed a $300 motherboard) better off having a good monitor and average $150 or so motherboard IMO
