R33 IDLE HUNTING UP AND DOWN

Hi guys

Just have a issue with my R33 gtst series 1

While im driving and turn the steering wheel or making a half turn the idle will go up and down between 800rpm and 1500 rpm and as soon as i come to a stop and wait 5 seconds or so it will return to normal idle and will go away for a while until i turn again

Happens 90% of the time when i do a half turn and the car is warmed up or when im driving the car to warm it up also

I dont have a afm and ecu is adaptronic ecu

Anyone experienced these type of issue and has any idea to why it could be doing that

With the adaptronic, there is an adjustment for additional idle effort for steering. You will most likely need to adjust this value up or down until it becomes stable. A slight increase in revs when the wheel is turned is desirable. If you don't already have the software, get onto the adaptronic website and download it.

If the adaptronic is controlling the idle, then the idle tab in WARI is the first place to look (or that eugene program, but I dont like it yet).

Are you settings close to default values?

Another issue could be the fuel and/or ignition map inherently creating oscillations in RPM due to lean-rich-lean cycles in that area of the map.

Can you post an ECU file?
