Cutting fibreglass

I recently bought these 2 pieces, both will need cutting/adjustment to fit. 

What's the cleanest way to cut fibreglass to minimise cracking etc. The larger air guide in particular has a nice finish already, but is quite thin.

I've have successfully cut fibreglass/carbon fibre using a hacksaw blade and a rotary tool going slowly. Then sand and coat the cut edge with fibre glass resin or epoxy, then sand/wet sand the edge until smooth and shiny-ish.

Hmm, does the cut edge have to be resealed?

Place painters tape over the area being cut, I use dremel to cut mine, wear a mask as well
