V35 Sedan flex pipe scraped

Hey guys , nice to meet you all, this is my first post.

I recently scraped both my flex pipes on a speed bump, it was inevitable. Is there any way to protect the flex pipes besides raising the car from scrapping e.g covers?

This is a common problem with low cars. There not much you can do to reinforce them. I would suggest replacing them asap as you will be losing back pressure and power through your exhaust. Aftermarket parts may be more durable.

Get a new Y-pipe fabricated with slightly higher road clearance - 1cm makes a world of difference (also at which time take note of the design changes of any high end brand name Y-pipes available in terms of angle and tune length and get an exhaust shop to replicate).
