OBD scanner for r33 Gtst S2?

Hi All,

I have read a lot of stuff online about OBD scanners and how they work with most cars post 1996. Would an OBD scanner work on my 1997 Series 2 R33 gtst? I have read a lot of mixed information online about it.

I think we have a Consult port, not a OBD port. consult's a diagnostic connector specific to 90's Nissans.

You will need a consult cable, ecutalk ect.
