Exhaust problem or not?

I recently had high flow cats installed about 4 weeks ago. Two weeks after that I started to hear an odd sound that sounds like puffs of air through the exhaust. If I floor it at a low rev you can just constantly hear these puffs of air. It feels like there's almost a loss of power too.

i took it back to the exhaust shop and they mentioned that two gaskets had a leak so they were replaced and also there's a loose nut in my muffler too. I have a JIC muffler but they recommended for me to get a new one. He said he had to re thread the bit and tighten it.

since then the issue went away but it's Coke back again and it's pissing me off haha. Can even hear the puffs of air while I'm idle. Also usually first thing in the morning you don't notice it until about 10 minutes of driving. Could it possibly be a spark plug issue?
