R33 gtst relay?

Hello, I am French and I have of a skyline r33 gtst

Anybody in France arrives has to answer me on the use(custom) of this case? Can use me? Little one to delete it?

I think it's the front wiper amp - is it in the rear LH corner of the engine bay?

windscreen wipers are OK without case by opening the beam j have a mass, 3 cables which go in  inside and 2 which go on the driving beam towards injectors one orange and one blue/ yellow
