Coolant leak?!

Help?!?! My car overheated yesterday so I waited for car to cool down for couple of hours. Then I started engine and left it in idle and poured coolant straight into the coolant. There wasn't any leaks while the engine was running but soon as I turned off the engine after leaving it idle for couple minutes I seen coolant leaking under the engine. Can somebody let me know all the reasons why ts leaking be how to fix it?! Taking it to the mechanics means my wallets gonna get raped

Best buy a spanner set and get to it yourself then!  The first things to do are as above from Nizmo man and 89 CAL.  Use a 10mm socket and take the stone tray off, wipe the motor down and start the car and and have a good look.  Check the hoses and hose clamps, etc.  If its a water pump then may as well do the timing belt and pulleys while you are at it.
