Zrbsliding
I spray painted the back side of the cluster face so that the original digi dash face plate markings would show as the gauge back ground. Zrbsliding
Finally mounted my power steering res and fit my hot side piping as well as turbo intake and z32 TT maf sensor. Had to extend my tps looms to reach my new throttle body location on the plenum. Zrbsliding
Fabbed up a new accelerator cable bracket to mount on the throttle body flange. Stock lhd z31 cable was to short so I sourced a unit from a ka24de 240sx. Zrbsliding
Let's see now, since my last update I have configured my iacv and aacv hose from my new intercooler piling. I trimmed my bumper to clear the piping as well as the radiator hose. Zrbsliding
I have also been working on my heater which includes reusing the oem blower motor but fabbing a new air to water chamber utilizing a z32 heater core because of its cost being $50 compared to the $135 for a z31 unit. Zrbsliding
The hvac system in the z31 uses an absurd amount of vacuum lines to do climate control and since my chassis is non turbo model I do not have a vacuum pump nor so I exhibit any desire to install one. Zrbsliding
Dash is back in, cluster hooked up and water temp and oil pressure located in the dash. Also wiped the dirt off that's been collecting on the windscreen the last 3.5 years.
