How can I make this shine again!

This exhaust is doing my head in I tried metal polish and different types to but it still stays that rust orange colour.

Someone please help

you'll need to clean it better before it will polish. How aggressive you need to be is determined by how bad it is. Wash, or everything in between, or wet sand with 2k.

autosol metal polish applied with 000 grade steel wool should do the trick

you might get it shiny again, you might not get it back to silver if its discolored.

Second junkie, autosol and fine grade steel wool will have it sparkling again

I used steel wool to start with. Took off the rough bits then used the cutting compound and buffed if with a orbital buffing machine. It did the trick.

Thanks guys just make sure the shiny coating is still left otherwise it won't shine as you can see on the hangers on the second pic.
