Removed R32 Hicas System, no power steering

Following this guide:

After I looped the oil line from the steering rack, the steering become so heavy. When engine is running, still need two hand to turn the steering. What was happen? Need help !!!!

Did you unplug just the small plug on the HICAS computer (in the boot) and left the big one plugged in?
