My build is almost there ! Just need your help please !

alright guys I am new to sau. I am the new guy from the u.s I posted in the n00b section .

Anywho ..

So my car 96' bcnr33 , is running rich as f-word

i am running a step up on the turbos ..

i am told by pureturbos.com when I sent them there to be rebuilt thinking it had garret  2860's that I actually had a set of journal bearing nismo/garret turbos that will flow ~375hp each so when I got them back I ported stock exhaust manifolds and bolted it all together.

The car was originally map sensor on a fcon pro 2.1 with a atmosphere bov

i couldn't find anyone in the u.s to tune it so I bought a power fc and afm's because it's a more accurate way to measure for my power goals . 400-500whp whatever it makes it makes

problem is that right now I want to know if I should recirculate for engine/turbine health and longevity or if the power fc can adjust for when the bov dumps the boost??

my specs are

ati balancer

forged pistons

Hks 3 row intercooler

3" intercooler pipes and

Aeromotive fuel reg

stock inj

stock cams as far as I know

turbos mentioned above

hks evc boost controller

triple plate clutch

aem wide band needs to be put in

not sure the model fuel pump but I know it's bigger too

i have rc 750cc injectors with clips that I need to put in

what kind of WHP would I be looking at?

my filters and intake piping might be holding me up ? What do you recommend there ? I want to replace the rubber tube I have my chrome intake tube into if I can

Also the tach and speedo are not functioning but fuel and engine temp and oil pressure are ..

basically I want my car to be clean I have already done a lot im closing in I just need a little  more help

to re cap

Can a power fc with pro software be tuned to minimize harm from atmosphere bov?

Wht kind of power is possible with my upgrades?

How can I adjust stiffness of hyper max 3 coilovers ?

what should I do about my intake/filter setup ? the rubber intake ripped so a shop just chopped it back and gave me that .

How can I fix my tach and speedo ? Or good deal on another one .

Car is on stock ecu and fuel pressure dialed back down and running running pig rich before I put my new power fc in since the old one broke.

Also, anything I should know before going to a dyno as far as the motor goes? I have a fresh set of Ngk iridium plugs for right before

I don't trust the shop it was at they screwed me so I have to comb back over everything before it goes to the tuner

Thanks

Chris

i will upload load more pics if you want let me know

More pictures bottom picture  is why I don't trust shops I took my bumper off at home when I pulled the car out of the shop for them slacking and not figuring it out and found it that way on both sides.. they expected it to run like that said it kept fouling plugs with a fried power fc plugged in and couldn't figure out why it was fouling plugs LOL Idiots. I had them pull the ecu and I sent it to apexi they said injector driver was blown. I bought a new power fc and pulled out of that shop. I'm trying to dial everything in for the dyno so I don't show up unprepared

Where to start.

I don't expect your car to be drive-able by the time you have done all your mods - it will need to be towed/trailered to the tuner.

It would have been easier to replace your F-Con with a Link - then you could have stayed with MAP sensor instead of AFMs

You need to work out what your power goal is first - you reckon your turbos can make 750hp in which case stock GTR AFMs and injectors won't do it. Ideally especially with AFMs your BOV(s) should be plumbed back but tuner may be able to work around that. Have you got a 3.5 or 4in exhaust all the way through? What are you using for wastegate(s)?

Intakes should do for now. Old coils can let you down so if they are original you need some new OEM, Splitfires, or something like LS2 Truck coils or AEM coils.

I have not worked on a GTR so other owners will have some more/better info for you.

I have rc 750 cc injectors I have to put in.  I plan on doing plugs swapping injectors in and going to the dyno I was using the stock ecu for troubleshooting and fault codes is there anything else I should do ? As far as the bov is it going to be an issue for longevity or just kinda like not a huge deal ?

Not sure what wastegates I'm running I bought the car modified with the hks map sensor setup no one could properly tune it    Tho so I switched to the power fc

    • @soviet_merlin Thanks mate!  Nothing too major but will hold me up for a while. I've got lymphomas to get taken off the back of my neck and the middle of my spine which always conjures scary thoughts!  It sounds worse than it is. Yeah great, conjuring more rabbit hole deepening , just what I need! 🤣
    • I'd argue the F50 kit I got is very good value. For ~2k I got the calipers (refurbed condition), adapters, pads, brake lines, rotors, and top hats. I think you'd be pretty hard to get Evo/GTR/350z brembos + the additional hardware for similar money. Used market for a pair of front calipers alone I've seen tend to run anywhere from $1500-2000 depending on condition.    That said, something like a GTR or 350z brembo is a lot easier to adapt to the Silvia.
    • Is there a significant price difference between the Evo/gtr/350z brembos vs the F50? Looks amazing.
    • I was actually being a tightarse at the time LOL... My OCD is tickling me into running a 2nd 8AN Teflon hose all the way down and removing the 2x OEM hardlines. My other side of my brain is telling me to run 2x hardlines front to back (also acts as a fuel cooler, so win win).
    • As I mentioned in an earlier post, I had some trouble with the Silvia's brakes dragging back in 2023. I managed to sort it out then, but the same problem came back to bite me late last year. Just take a look at the picture – I had a feeling the handbrake was acting up again, and I was right. Anyway, I'd been wanting to upgrade to bigger brakes for a while. Not that the Silvia's brakes were bad, but it was more of a "want" than a "need", you know? It was funny, though – at the time, I couldn't find any Evo Brembos, 350Z Brembos, or GTR Brembos for a decent price (of course, tons of them popped up online after I already bought my kit!). I ended up going with an F50 Brembo kit, which came with adapters, brake lines, 330mm rotors, and top hats. The F50 Brembo caliper was used in a few other cars too, like the FPV. I also decided this was the perfect opportunity to ditch the Silvia's ridiculous rear brakes and that awful handbrake (some of you were definitely right about that!). I picked up some R33 calipers and all the necessary bits – rear drums, backing plates, and new hardware to refurbish the calipers. Of course, it wouldn't be a project without a few hiccups. Turns out the brake master cylinder was playing up and basically (to put it simply) keeping the brakes engaged. I had it overhauled, and after some adjustments, everything was working again. The whole process took a while, as you can imagine. To top it off, the front right wheel bearings were shot and needed replacing too. This is a rare occasion where I'm posting an update while it's all still fresh! These pictures were taken just this afternoon.
