I just never take off the end that was stretchy, but I have two hose clamps on the 'looser' end. The crossover pipe does come off all the time, but not a big issue as you only ever really need to remove one of the ends of the pipe.

I kept my stock one just in case, as I was replacing all of the joiners in one hit, due to them, well, starting to die and figured the other currently working ones would not last forever.

1.38 bar! No more boost leak! Thanks heaps for your help again mate, this together with the new rotors has finally put the car back to the level it was before the last couple of track days :)

No probs, glad to be able to help out. So the R33 joiner was exactly the same size?

Cheers. Yep exactly the same, same length and diameter at each end. Good to know for future reference.

It did thanks to Bill, with an OEM joiner that fits like a glove.

What you really want is a 66mm to 60mm (ID) reducer that is at least 100mm long – the GK Tech one is a little large, and and a little short.

If anyone knows where to get the OEM joiners at a decent price please let us know, I'm sure someone else will be looking for a replacement before long!
