error 21 r34 not starting

hi,

i started off with a leaky coil pack that was causing misfire so i replaced it and it was all fine, as i was tightening up the last bolt on the pack (while the engine was running) the engine just stopped and will not start again, checked and got error 21 which is ignition signal. I know it doesn't have a separate igniter so what have i screwed up? is there a fuse i may have blown or did i just destroy my ecu?

Check all IG fuse and relays (Under dash and in engine bay)

Tip for next time, turn the car off when you are changing them over. You created a short circuit and took out the fuse only luckily.
