Hey guys, my passenger window is playing up, I have a R34 gtt coupe with powering windows on both drivers side and passenger side.

My problem is that my passenger window won't wind up, but will wind down with the use of the passenger window switch. Also the passenger window dosnt wind up or down at all anymore using the passenger window switch on the drivers side door, which worked before this problem came about.

I can get the passenger window motor to go up and down like it should when I directly put 12v from an external battery I have Laying around into the window motor plug. Changing the polarity changes the direction of the motor. So I think the motor and regulator seem to be working fine!

I've replaced the passenger window switch on the passenger door, and fuse in the engine bay.

Does anyone have any ideas? Because I'm stumped haha

Definitely see if you can get your hands on a new set of switches on the drivers side - that actually (annoyingly) seems to have a lot of control over the passenger side too. Also there should be a relay box inside the drivers door, unless they changed from r33 to r34 - might want to test with known-good, see if you can borrow both of those off someone else with a 34 and test them one at a time.
