you'll have to describe what is happening with the factory jack more clearly. It's a mechanical screw that basically can't fail. Yes it might be slow but that's the downside of such a simple and reliable design

Its put in from factory to lift the car up so unless you have 600 subwoofers in your car or a dodgy scissor jack, I don't know why it would struggle to lift it. Mine still works fine despite the fact that its nearly lifting the whole front/rear of the car by the time it gets one wheel off the ground

You are using it in the factory jacking location (on the side rails in the correct spot)?

With that ride height I would be surprised if he had any rails left to jack from.

haha so true, with coilovers it feels like your basically pivoting on 1 back wheel and the jack
