R34 wiring help

R34 wiring help

Hey so I have one plug on my r34 and I can't figure out what it's for, it's the brown one in the photo and it comes off with the oil pressure switch on the alternator loom, anyone have any ideas?

Power steering rack solenoid or pressure switch?

IAC valve?

Just going off the colour of the plug, and location, those two spring to mind (well thats what I would guess on R33, assume R34 is similar)

Well it idles, drives and steering perfectly fine, I can seem to find any plug for it to go into so I'm thinking it could just be a sensor that I'm missing

The steering pressure switch just tells the ECU when the car is steering to compensate the idle. I believe it is more important if the AC is on or if you are on full lock stalling the pump so you may not see any negative effects from it being unplugged

Also might be nothing as you said. I can look at the 33 diagram to see whats nearby but it may be different
