Aftermarket radio for nissan daurlis 2010

Hi all new here but hoping somone out there can help. I have installed a aftermarket radio

also a (connects2 Steering wheel interface and pacth lead).

The issue is only two of the controls will work as in only volume + but can not get volume - 

And mode up not back. No other will work

I have connected the swc1 & 2 to key 1 & key 2 ground to ground.

As per instuctions. Can anyone help the radio is xtron td691gt.
