Hi,I know nothing about turbo cars so any help would be amazing

I recently purchased a 1995 R33 skyline,3 days after buying it i was cruising down the road,stopped at the lights when a evo pulled up next to me,I didnt take of that hard,and the car lost all power and stalled .I pushed it around the corner and let it sit for 5mins,i then started it up and it was fine,but as i was just starting to get to 1500rpm the car instantly started to rev to 6000rpm.so i got it home on a truck but when i start it now it automatically revs at 6000rpm.it has a haltec platinum pro ecu and a high flow turbo.can any one help?
