Need a bit of help with P2 QLD laws

Heyo, I just changed my license over from NSW to QLD and im buying a 1996 R33 GTS-T in the next couple of days, the cars fairly stock apart from a few minor performance upgrade (bigger turbo, injectors etc.) and i only have a month left until i have my opens so i was going to try and get an exemption, BUT i found out stock they make 187kw which is under the power to weight ratio in qld (210kw) Is that true or not? Just wondering whether i just bother with an exemption or is it actually legal for me to drive it? any help is appreciated
