So I took intake pipe off the other night and found this under the intake pipe looks like a grinder handle Jammed in a pipe, but I got no idea what kind of pipe it is anybody have any ideas.

That is the bov to intake pipe plumbing. Previous owner has blocked it for the pigeon noises.

Wtf so there is ment to be a bov ment to be there. I've only owned this a few months and still discovering the dodgey shit the previous owner did.

Yes there is. Setup should look like this on the j pipe.

Yer I've got that I think you may be looking at the wrong pipe I put grenade dots on it this time but let me know if I'm wrong

Yes it is the BOV return line. It will go to the intake pipe (pre-turbo) and the other end should go to the BOV on the J-pipe (pre-throttle body)

(Maybe not) but if you have a stock ECU your engine will run optimally with the BOV return plumbed back in to the intake.  Otherwise the air measured by the MAF will not be the same amount as what finally reaches the plenum. If the BOV is simply blocked off this will not happen but then you may as well not have a BOV,
