Upgraded Key

Hey everyone, I just got one of these upgraded keys today. I'm trying to pair they key to my car so I can use it, but I'm not having much luck. 

 

Does anybody know the process to pair the key to the car? I have the Japanese manual but I must be doing something wrong. I'm not even entirely sure if my car is useable with the upgraded key, I have a 2006 V36 350GT. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need Nissan Consult III or a similiar tool to pair it.

Was hoping that wasn't the case. I have the original Japanese manual and the only part of it that refers to pairing the key to the car says to do a various number of button presses on the car and then the key. 

Either way, I'm doubtful any local Nissan dealership will be able to help unfortunately.

Has anyone had any luck with connecting the upgraded key to their V36 skylines? I managed to find one recently and had no luck with following the Japanese instructions either..
