rebic 2 help

Hey guys hows it going.

New to this forum so i hope you can help me out.

MY car which is in Japan awaiting approval from the government to be allowed to come over and has a rebic computer in it, mechanic in his report thinks it is a rebic iii but through my research i belive its a rebic 2. Anyhow i have no idea how to use this and i have e-mailed and searched the web for 2 weeks looking for instrucations to no avail.

Hoping you guys can come up with some answers. (see attached pic)

Man I cannot belive noone on this site has used or seen one of these. Comeone I thought you guys would know a little moer about performance parts than this.
