I think it extremely unlikely that you will get a fabricator to come to you. If you can't describe what you want done you will have to take your car (on a trailer if necessary) to the fabricator.

i called mobile fab and text him more than 5 times
he asked me to send him a picture of the air box i wanted made so i did and he hasn't bothered to reply or even answer or return my calls
