Toyo R1R 255/35/18 x 4 $250ono

Hi all

Cleaning out the garage and have 4 x Toyo R1R tyres for sale - they are 255/35/18.

They spent 18 months or so on my old R32 GTR and saw approx 1000km of road driving and 1 track day at SMSP south. I thought they were a great all round tyre, hence I know run them in 16 inch on my FC Rx7. If I had other 18 inch rims I'd keep them!

$250 ono.

Located North Ryde.

Pick up only

Thanks!

Edit: manufacture date is 3707 ie 37th week of 2007. Seems they were in the warehouse a few years before getting to me.

Just to be clear, these will go to the best offer!

Cheers

I 100% would buy them if they can be shipped.

Just fyi

Fair play Greg, I'm just not eager to wait around for couriers and/or box up these tyres!

What's your post code and I'll look into it.

    • Uhhh if anyone sees this - I bought a BRZ years ago, on my fulls soon so back on the market for the R34!
    • Research research research, and tackle the important things first, like the rust, because as a wise old hippie and some crazy horses once said "rust never sleeps" Nothing good comes easy and fast, and nothing that comes easy and fast is typically good
    • I made an extension of the item circled above in red that is hard wired to the battery and tucks away nicely in the engine bay, could easily do the same if it in the boot, just run the extended cable out under the bonnet or boot lid, I then just stick the charger on a milk crate to get it off the ground
    • It's purpose will be to stop the regulator plug from leaking oil. As GTS said, if it seals properly, it will mainly just have the effect of slightly higher oil pressure. I'll assume tolerances/fitment in the relief valve aren't that close that the washer being missing won't let it vent at 100% capacity too.
    • I put the charger in the engine bay and run the power cord down through one of the holes in the undertray, or at the back end of the engine bay, any time I need a car to be on a charger outside. In fact, I bring the extension cord up through into the engine bay so that it's not dragging around where it could get wet, or easily unplugged.
