G'day from Singapore

Hey all,

I'm a new joiner to SAU, looking to purchase my first Skyline GTR. Currently looking at R32/R34's around the Sydney area. Originally from Aus, I now live in Singapore where cars are prohibitively expense due to 100% import taxes and eye-watering licence costs. Do however own a Go Kart which I blast around the local race track on. Past cars include: 1990 Toyota Carolla, 1997 Honda Prelude and a 2001 Audi S3. Hoping to use this forum to meet like minded enthusiasts.

Welcome DES! I love go karts though never owned one myself.

He does mention 100% import taxes, I'm not sure what that relates to... local market or grey imports but agree that if you are going to import surely direct from Japan would be better?
