Lock nuts

I am in the market for new lock nuts.  I did originally get some cheap ones when i bought my wheels but the paint has all come off.

What lock nuts are ppl running ?  Rays aluminum or steel ? where is the best place to buy them online ?

Any other Jap brands i should be looking out for ?

Steel, chrome plated or whatever, Speedy brand from a tyre shop.

If you mean lug nuts for your wheels aluminium are illegal. As above get chrome plated steel. Or if you mean lock nuts as in securing your mags again make sure they are steel.

Steel for sure

I have nismo ones, because they came with my car. GKtech sell them in a couple of colours (not locking) or you can get some from wheel/tyre shops.
 

In terms of lock nuts, these are pretty popular and in all the upgarages i went to in japan if that means anything
