Is my Flywheel imbalanced?

So I sent my Flywheel in for resurfacing as I'm doing a clutch change, and when I returned home I noticed that one of the small nubs that help line up the pressure plate had been completely machined off while the other two are still on the Flywheel.

The shop I took it to refused to do anything about it as they claim that it should make no difference, however I feel as if it's probably slightly unbalanced now due to this? Can anyone confirm?

But in any case, your flywheel starts going out of balance the first time you use the clutch and material wears, then it gets worse when you have it machined back.

If balancing worries you have it rebalanced after machining. I'd agree loosing a plug that large is likely to make a difference.
