Aerial on front bumper?  series 2 gtst

I know some cars from japan have this but Ive never seen it on a skyline. Would this be aftermarket or factory option maybe? Radio works fine.

I though these were so you knew where the front corner of the car was. Are there any wires going to it?

These are just guides for parking so you know where your left front is. Some go up and down with the ignition and some have a light at the top.

no wiring, been removed to tidy things up.
