Great event guys, had a lot of fun. Driving in the wet was great, the only problem was the session wasn't long enough to get a proper feel for it. Does anyone know where to see the photos that were being taken on the track? I forgot to enquire about them before I left.

Thanks for the feedback, we would have run longer sessions if we got 70 or less entrants so we could run 4 groups.

I have attached times and will post links to galleries from photographers as they come to hand. I know @(OO_SKYLINE_OO) took some snaps!

Facebook, trackside action photography. He'll start putting the photos up when he has time to go through them. Most probably during the week.

Thanks to all the SAU members who helped out on the day, things ran smoothly all day and this is not possible without you.

The biggest thanks has to go to @Subarau not only for giving us the opportunity to run the event but also assisting us before and running the day for us.

We also cannot forget all the officials who help us on the day

Thanks to our CAMS Stewards

- All the team from Motorsport Marshalling
- WAP Motorsport as always for providing safety and recovery
- Event Paramedics

And anyone else I forgot.

    • I guess the main advantage is that they start out hard and incompressible, so you can throw them away immediately, rather than waiting until they've done 50k km or something?
    • Has anyone used the billet half-moons that are available to replace the rubber ones at the back of RB cam covers ?  Going to change out my cam cover seals as they are weeping oil and its now driving me nuts. Any advantage to be found ?
    • My muffler was fully customised to suit the car. He mailed me the end caps, I marked up the pipe locations (4 pipes in a single muffler) and he sent it back all welded. Certainly more expensive than a mass produced generic size, but that's hardly surprising. My R32 Exhaust has a Magnaflow muffler in it, if I need generic mufflers then they're usually a safe bet. I've got the Vibrant clamps on the intercooler pipes, just because they're nicer to use than the bolt together ones and not as expensive as a real Wiggins clamp.
    • Yeah. Nah. A grain of sand will take out a ceramic turbine that is doing 100000rpm.
    • Yes, it was checked with the roller rockers installed using a LS7 lifter that had been converted to a solid lifter with a dummy spring at 0 lash with a stock length pushrod. With the Johnson lifters longer pushrods were needed which are now 7.700" and 110 wall. Long thiccbois. People much more knowledgeable than I am are doing the measuring!
