hey everyone, i was just wondering if anyone would be interested in me posting up a sort of prescription in to how to take proper care of your cars paint and interior.

Being a detailer i have worked on cars from VB commodores to $450,000 SLK's and have picked a lot of tricks and knowledge along the way. i have been taught by people from Megiuars and Autogylm so i can tell you what works and what to steer clear of.

Give me some feed back because it will be in depth covering everything from making your engine bay look new, having your dash have the glow constantly, how to protect precious rims from that evil brake dust and have your paint absolutely spotless.

let us know :bond:

Yeah, it would be awesome...

I've pieced together a lot of information from reading the Show and Shine section on Offtopic.com, such as good products to use (alot of which seem to be a bit difficult to find here in Australia) etc etc

But i'd love a good start to finish, comprehensive tutorial style

Come on .. Everyone is saying "yeah that'd be good.. someone post up something about it". Obviously it's going to take someone who has experience to talk about a DIY, and since you are a Car Detailer ICER33 why don't you take a few minutes to put together a little DIY diddy describing the tricks you have learnt in the business?

Would be greatly appreciated !!
