V35 replacement Fob

Hi all,

Any ideas where I can get a new fob ? My darling wife dropped it and then ran the car over it. Love her to bits even still.

A Melbourne Nissan stealership quoted me $260 and then they weren't even sure if they could program it 100% - suspected they could for a V35 (but said their software didn't work for V36 as an aside)

V35 or V36?

I got my new V36 fob brand new from Japan via someone on this forum, and it was reprogrammed by my importer using a generic key programmer. The hard bit was getting the key code generated. He put the number written on the immobilizer box into an XP based piece of software to generate the code the programmer needed.

Sorry the V36 comment threw me... If your V35 has keyless entry, which the pic above seems to indicate, then it looks the same as the V36 one.. It is different to the AUS ones, in that they have a 4th button for the horn/alarm deterrent thing... $260 for the fob sounds about right, and the programming could be around $150. It will need consult and possibly a key generator. Maybe ask the Stagea guys as some of the PM35s would have keyless entry.
