rb20 cylinder 1 and 2 not working

Hello everybody
 I have a problem when i turn the CAS by hand with the contact the injectors work (unplug one by one) and there are sparkles at each spark plug. but when the engine is running and I disconnect the injectors 1 and 2 nothing happens the engine speed does not move.
does anyone have an idea of the problem?

I will assume you have checked the compression of Cylinders 1 & 2. As the injectors are firing I suggest you swap coil pack 1 with coil pack three. If the you now remove injector 1 and there is a change then the coil pack is faulty under load as you can see the spark when the CAS is rotated.
