R32 GTR loss of power and cut out

Hey there guys as i was heading home the other night over took a car giving my car a bit of boost and then all of a sudden no power on the throttle nothing as i turned onto a side road the car just died still cranks over no lights on dash still primes fuel.I have herd of the CAS shitting itself and it could be the AFM or a pipe that has burst off.Also i have had a problem with the ignition coil igniter but was different symptoms any help of diagnosing whats up would be great cheers. oh also the car is stock as a rock so no mods on the car.

Perhaps an Earthing issue. Cranks but doesn't start, no lights on dash, likely no spark - so check electricals. There is an earthing wire on your ignitor but that wont effect dash lights. Look at fuses/relays.

yea i checked all the fuses and relays nothing unusual all good

Did you check the wires coming out of the positive terminal?

yea they are all good I tested the ignition module and seems to be f**ked so ill have to order a new one. i did a test on the diagnostics and came back with nothing so i hope thats it

so your ignitor is finally stuffed. Swap a known working one in before you go out and buy a new one. Kudos Motorsports can help you out for a new one.

It’s the second one but was second hand so who knows how many ks where on it

Find a way to space it up off the coil cover, to keep it cooler.  I used longer bolts and some stainless tube as standoffs.
