Groaning after shutoff

Hi everyone, my car is making a weird noise after I turn it on from cold or shut it off warm.

This leads me to believe it's and exhaust component of somebody expanding and contracting but please let me know what you think.

if it is a V35 could it possibly be the winding of the under bonnet antenna's that do make sound. I ripped mine out radio reception is still very clear. Might be way off. Every input is a step closer to the secret sound
