Brisbane Motor Imports

Hey guys I'm looking at ordering a replacement engine from these guys and I've heard a few good things and a few bad things about them (The bad things were quite a while ago and i imagine they'd of cleaned their act up if they wanna stay in business)

I'm looking at $2,200 For the Engine and $200 for Freight to the Mechanic in NSW i was told its been compression tested and has 175 across all cylinders and 94,000 km/s on it

its a RB25DET S2 out of a Stagea and they said it comes with Start-Up Warranty (If it makes any strange noises once its dropped in  or is down on compression i can send it back for a full refund.)

 

Just wondering if any of you have any recent experiences with them and if so are they good/bad experiences Thanks in Advance

Just an update if anyone things thinking about using them I would recommend it they sent the engine out the same day and gave me a tracking code will let you know if all is well when it arrives tomorrow

Yeah start-up warranty is usually the norm because they don't know if you're about to put 50psi into it and blow it up or not

I've bought once from them before and had no problems.

I am after any feedback on Brisbane motor imports have paid $6400 for a mazda bt50 motor 3 months ago saying the courier last it find that hard to believe

I had nothing but problems with these idiots. Ordered a delica engine off them for a customer, received wrong one, then replacement got lost. Took about 9 months to get my money back
