R32 gtst door hinge worn. Top and bottom the same part?

My doors are catching the side skirts.  

The bottom door hinge on both my doors is are very worn, the hole is ovaled on the bottom hole that takes a lot of weight. 

 

Are the top and bottom hinge the same part? I could get less the worn top hinges and put them on. 

Or does anyone have the Nissan part number? 

Any other solutions?

Do a 5s google search for R32 hinges and look at all the threads that turn up just from sau.com.au.  Astonishing.
