Clutch not engaging

I was driving in traffic yesterday on the m5 and I had pushed in the clutch a million times til I heard a twang like a spring or something. After that the clutch stopped engaging and the clutch doesn't feel the same when you push all the way down 

Not sure what might be happening. Maybe the master slave cylinder I'm just not sure

It broke.  Take it to a mechanic.

If you heard it then good chance it was the fork or pivot breaking

Both the master and slave move, while there is no sign of any fluid leaking. The slave isn't moving as much as it's supposed to. There is a snapped spot weld on the clutch pedal bracket but i dont see that little amount of twist could stop so much travel ?

Wait wait wait.  You said, and I quote "after that the clutch stopped engaging".

Do you really mean "it stopped disengaging?"  As in.....it no longer releases.  Because if you did, you know that's the exact opposite don't you?  It also changes what the possible causes are.

No no it does not engage anymore, I can't put it into any gear with the clutch

Then you need it to DISengage.
