Multi-directional LEDs for dash in R34

Hey All,

looking to change my dash lights with blue multi directional LEDs in my R34 GTT.

Anyone that has done this switch where did you get your LEDs from and how do you like them?

The place to buy them is any eBay vendor that sells dashlight kits for Skylines.

I know some people like blue dash lights.  But I think they suck (they look cool but they don't help with visibility when you're looking out through the windows at the dark world and flick down to see what the gauges are saying) and prefer lights that are more traditional yellow.  I put white LEDs into my R32 and think they are fine.  Would prefer it if they were not so cold white though.

That’s the problem with Ebay there are so many vendors with LED kits for skylines and blue dash lights don’t cause me any issue, already have them on my triple gauge cluster, just wanna refresh them and do the dash as well

There's no problem.  They are all the same cheap Chinesium shit.

Buy 100 off eBay and replace the ones that die. Nothing special about them. I run white ones in my R32, they're okay.

Although it does look like the quality has somewhat increased over the years.

So i’ve replaced the LEDs and upon the change I’ve found one of the circuit board inserts for a LEF doesn’t work, may be a noob question but can you replace the circuit board on the back of the dash cluster?

If you're handy with a soldering iron it's not a hard job.

I’m not that handy unfortunately, might look into getting someone to fix it
