Kool! i wanna c it :D

Hey evry1: I'm back to needing a leader on the day, my navigator has to meet me there now so when we meet at thornleigh then we'll organise who's leading! Bring your 2-ways if u have them as well.

Cheers guys,

c ya'll then.

Dave.

Hey evry1: I'm back to needing a leader on the day
Directions from Thornleigh Maccas:

* Head Sth along 'Pennant Hills Rd' until you get to 'James Ruse Dr'.

* Turn Left onto 'James Ruse Dr' (think the sign says parramatta or something).

* Stay in the left lane and follow the signs to Penrith which is right before Parramatta Rd (you turn off left even though Penrith is to the right).

* This will bring you onto the M4 which you then follow all the way to 'Mulgoa Rd' (about 25-30km).

* Take the 2nd Penrith Exit (Mulgoa Rd) and when you get to the exit ramp lights turn right onto 'Mulgoa Rd' (has signs for Panthers). Construction around the Eastern Creek area so watch for changing speed limit signs.

* Drive along Mulgoa Rd (about 2km), you will go past a shell, Burger King, Caltex, DickSmith, Bus Depot, etc keeping in the left lane.

* Stay in the left lane, when you get to the round-about continue straight ahead.

* About 50m after the round-about you will see the KFC, Krispy Kreme and Maccas signs on the left, turn left at the lights.

* This will bring you into the Panthers entry road, the first drive-way to the left is for Maccas carpark, 2nd is for KFC, Lone Star, Krispy Kreme etc. Continue 20m further ahead and turn left at the round-about.

* This will take you 20m down along side the KK drive-thru road, just park down on the left.

Panthers Security is generally fine if you don't leave a big mess, don't look like your gonna roll someone and aren't playing music loud, don't do anything stupid as the entire carpark is under video surveillence.

Plenty of seating inside KK or just outside. Carpark car security is perfectly fine.

Edit: By the time you all get there Panthers (the leagues club) will be quite happening on the inside, well worth a visit. You can wear pretty much anything but thongs and beanies, or if you are female, pretty much nothing at all :boobies2:

And also is anyone planning to go somewhere after for a drive, cos i wouldn't mind going for a cruise.

Cheers.

Thier is a nice look out just up the mountains (about a 20min drive) which looks pretty cool at night time with all the cities lights which is a decent drive.

I'm guessing it's still on :-)

I'll be there, once i've removed the blocks of mud from the fmic, ducts and the wheels :-/

('lines were never meant to be in mud deeper than 6"!!!!!! - Too fecking hard to clean... piles of mud sitting on all the front sills is wrong!)

Now I know why Bathurst is considered 'rural' :spcow: :zap:

Edit : Although it is funny to see ppls faces when you drive though a town *officially* in the middle of nowhere, and they're pretty much saying 'f*** me, that's a skyline' :headspin:

Edit2 : Have now received true permission, the other half wants me to get *one* donut for her before she starts her diet on monday :-D Talk about a long distance take out!

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
    • When you pulled it off, there is no signs of blown head gasket? Is it possible you have some other issues going on? Possible cracked blocked? Or do you think it's straight up lifting the head? Did you check what the head was torqued to before pulling it down (To see if possibly they're stretching, or starting to break threads out etc)?
    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
