Why do they sound like?

they just replace the stock ones. no difference in sound.

you can tighten them up with the preload screw if you want a bit of compressor surge but otherwise they're silent.

With the factory air box they’d be silent but with pods they can be heard very clearly and wasn’t sure if the sound changes with these

Yeh I got pod filters they sound the same :).

 

I could get the atmosphere vent kit and remove the all the recirc system as I run MAP sensor but didnt see the need to create a lot of noise.
