Would anyone know what preformance mods I can do to my project r33 gts25? I Can’t put a turbo on it at the moment as I’m building it so I can drive it on my p’s. I’ve got a hks muffler and hi flow cat on it. What else should I do to increase horse power apart from a turbo?

Get a SAFC, get a wideband and lean it out a little bit - that's all you really can do and pop in some high lift cams, but $ vs. kW it's not really value for money.

But you shouldn't as its a big waste of money. Just drive it and pretend its fast.

The only mods worth doing are a complete engine build for 9.5k rpm +, with ITBs, 300° cams and near open exhaust.  'Course, then it won't drive on the road. So......leave it alone.

My idea of a fun NA would be something like that, but a RB30 bottom, 10.5:1 compression (or even more) NEO head, massive cams, ITBs (of course) and spin in 10k RPM

There was an N/A RB26 with 12:1 compression, don't know what happened to that R31.
